"This was our second time booking family apartment. The apartment is a 2 minute drive from the hotel and is described as luxury. IT IS. A Smart apartment full of tech. 2 bedrooms, 1 kingsized with en suite and the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining area and terrace. Everything you need. The views from the apartment of the golf course and the sea. Private parking. The hotel is nice and homely, staff are really friendly. The food is really nice and reasonably priced. We will be booking this again later in the year"

"The apartment is absolutely fantastic! Photo's are great but it's 5 star in real life! Host was a dream to communicate with and was very flexible with our arrival & departure times. When we arrived, the apartment was immaculate and lovely & warm. Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable sofas and beds. Two free car park spaces outside the apartment and walking distance to the train station (5 mins), town, beach and golf courses (10 mins). If you're visiting go to The Rookery (at Carnoustie Golf Club), the food is superb and the service absolutely brilliant. We were sad to leave and would not hesitate to recommend to others. "We had a wonderful stay, the beach boathouse is gorgeous. Loved the halloween touch when we arrived carved pumpkins in the window. Perfect for our little halloween party . Comfy and cosy with a perfect view of the water. We will defo be back."

"No evening meal staff great stupid on line check that does not work for tourists thank god for great staff. Business needs to invest in people and workakable IT system or better still let the staff do it for no cost"
