Lake Superior / Whitefish Bay / Paradise, MI

10/10 Excellent
"The property and location were very nice. I would stay here again. Being on the water was a big plus, and if you’re careful climbing up and down the rocks that lead to the water, it’s worth it. Nice sand bar about 50 feet out. Rooms were nice and comfy, plenty of space to hang out and watch a movie at night. The bonfire area and chairs were nice and there was firewood so we didn’t have to purchase ourselves. Check in and check out process was smooth and the owners were good with communication."

"There was no staff, so I cannot rate that. No human contact at all, only text messages and codes to enter the room. The entrance door code pad was stuck @ we had quite a bit of trouble trying to lock it whenever we left. Had to jiggle door knob unit a bit & finally got it to lock. The room was mostly clean. The toilet had dried poop in the toilet bowl. All in all it was ok. Cleaning staff just needs to pay a bit better attention when cleaning the suite "

"Everything was perfect for our much anticipated vacation. The cabin was clean and larger than expected. There was everything we needed such as clean bedding, towels and wash clothes, cooking utensils and even shampoo and body wash. It was secluded in a nice peaceful spot in the woods yet close to so many great places to visit. We are already discussing booking our next vacation next summer."

Lake Superior Beach Access, 2BR, Sleeps 6

10/10 Excellent
"Location and lake views are perfect. House is equipped with air conditioning and heat, which is great to have in this remote location. I wish beds where alot more sturdy and comfortable for my family to sleep in. To have such a nice house with beds that squeak with very little movement makes sleeping hard. Not having blinds on windows in the living room: patio door, kitchen window also made us uncomfortable in the evenings. Having internet in this location also made it amazing in the late evenings or on the rainy day. And when power goes out, back up generator capability in this house makes it perfect!"

Beautiful year- round home on 255 feet of Lake Superior!

"Beautiful, pet friendly home right on the lake that is close to so many other wonderful outdoor activities! I loved being able to open up all the windows and let the breeze in, plus have a view of the lake no matter where we were in the back of the house. Board games were a huge bonus when we got stuck inside for a day and half due to the wildfire smoke. Our family had a great 10 day stay and we hope to be able to come back again soon!"

"The location is perfect - right on Lake Superior. Sitting by the lake with morning coffee and evening wine & campfire was very peaceful. Place is just as described, which fit our (and our dog’s) needs. We did not find the highway in front of place was an issue at all. Great base camp for exploring Tahquamenon Falls S.P. and the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, which is fascinating. We agree the Wheelhouse Diner is best place to eat. Host was quick to respond to my questions, as well."
