"Superior room was truly superior. The place is spotless and the amenities are truly fitting for a luxury hotel. But those physical aspects pale in comparison to the incredible staff. They go out of their way to help with EVERYTHING! I can seriously say I’ve never had better service than all aspects of the Esplanade."
