"Called front desk several times and no answer. HVAC was pretty bad. Called about this and we tried to tweak it so it was more comfortable but we gave up. Room seemed older and not very clean when we first arrived. Will probably stay at a newer hotel next time."

"The price is enticing in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area, but please let that be a red flag. The room was not the room that was photographed on hotels.com. There was mold and dirt or blood stains in the tub, the room smelled of smoke so bad that I woke up with a sore throat the next morning, floors were not mopped and the carpet was filthy. Never again!"

"Charming hotel very close to downtown Lancaster. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and nice pillows. The history of the original cork factory was well preserved making everything twist and turn in the hallways a treasure trove of something historical to see."

"Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. As someone over 60, this turned out to be important. The stairs are narrow and steep. The bed has a memory foam type mattress. As for the couch, I could feel the metal support bars through the couch material, so was unable to sleep on that as an alternative to the upstairs bed. A few suggestions of things that were not available in the unit but would have been helpful: oven mitts/pot holders, bedroom clock, corkscrew, pizza cutter, ice cube trays."

"I booked the Garden House as a place for our guests to stay since our nearby house lacks guest rooms. The location was fabulous and street parking was, as advertised, easy. We weren't in the house much but the decor was cute, the rooms were comfortable and the washer/dryer were much appreciated. It was too cold to enjoy the front balcony and side yard but I suspect they would be a wonderful feature during the warmer months."

"The accommodations fit our need just fine and the price point was perfect. The home was spacious and location was nice. The home was clean but could use a deep clean in nooks and crannies, inside cabinets, baseboards. Check in and communication was great. Street parking was tricky on a busy Friday and Saturday night; even the parking garage was full; but we managed. "

"WOW! A 10 Star property if I could give that many stars! We’ve stayed at MANY places and this ranks as one of the BEST! (I could live there!) Charm, location, safe, spotless, well equipped, 3 King Beds and 3 Bathroom's. Perfect for 3 couples. We will definitely come back! "
