"It was perfect, place was clean, food was very good and overall my stay was WONDERFUL "

"I had a good stay. However, on the checkout day, I left the room early to take my larger bags to the car. When I came back, housekeeping had started cleaning the room and threw away some items that were not garbage. This was disappointing. "

"Staff was friendly, rooms are clean. No free breakfast. The first night an alarm went off twice telling us to vacate immediately. Seems the drinkers in the lobby were having fun. I would have expected a discount on my 3 night stay invoice for the interruptions."

"Property and hotel itself is fine but once the evening hours come around, there’s cars that block the roadway with multiple ATVs circling the hotel property doing wheelies up the road and being loud for hours at a time. cops come once in a while chase them around ,they wear masks on their ATVs, so I assume they’re used to fleeing from the police which they do and then they come back around again once the police vacate the area. Unfortunately, the property is within close proximity to a very poor neighborhood which makes travel in and out of the hotel a bit sketchy and then seems to draw a certain crowd in the evening hours. In the evening, I would not allow my wife or daughter to go outside of the hotel by themselves, overall the hotel is nice clean and offers good accommodations, but unfortunately, the immediate area around the hotel attracts things that make it difficult to sleep at night at times and leave one cautious to do anything outside of the hotel walls . "

"The Kimpton Philadelphia was in a much better location, in my opinion, than the Ritz Carlton, that was also an option for me. Since I'm from NYC, I wanted a quiet neighborhood. The location was great and walking distance to anywhere i wanted to go. it's also excellent for families with kids. At the front desk and reception, Consuela was amazing. She has great customer service, she is friendly, and she is perfect to be promoted to a managerial role. I would recommend her any day to be promoted. There is another staff member namd Kevin that was a problem solver, friendly and customer oriented. I would recommend that he get promoted to a manager role or corporate role because, in my opinon, he would be a perfect fit and a valuable asset to the brand. Don't lose these two talented people, elevate them ."

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
