"Great location great room and surprisingly really quiet!"

"There was a general feeling the reception staff were under pressure. Calling you up the check in and then passing you off to other staff member one minute later (1st of May) far right desk. It would have been better just to wait until a desk was free that could do a full check in. I also don't appreciate being greeting with a clip board at a run from the enterance at 00:50. And then passed off to reception without any sort of courtesy as they couldn't fine my name on a list. Just made me feel slightly unwelcome. As someone who stays in the area afton but never at this hotel it was a disappointment to a general excellent feeling from all other services. Room 539,"

"The front desk staff was really nice about checking our bags in early and leaving them for the day. The rooms are old so there is no air conditioning. There are also no screens in the windows when you open them. Our room was pretty quiet as far as nosiness from the hall. The area is perfect. "

"It was so noisy (room 301) we had to switch rooms and then there was no mirror where you have to dry your hair in that room (303) Lightning was poor. No AC which I was aware but the window and yes I mean one teeny tiny window opened about 2 inches. One little fan in the room and that was it. Great area of town for shopping and bars but partying was beyond loud all hours of the night. "

"Room was clean and especially spacious compared to other Point A locations. Staff went above and beyond for us which is always great. Bar had good amount of options and breakfast was decent for the price (tip: get it included ahead of time). Best part was location, would def recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!"
