Great location in the heart of University city, within walking distance to U of Penn and CHOP hospitals, 30th Street train station and downtown area."

Attached restaurant has great coffee and food. Views are amazing (ask to face water and UPenn. Attached parking garage where rates are just ok. Amenities are the highlight with a gorgeous huge resort style pool, outdoor lounge area with fire pit, gym and cinema."

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "
