"Lovely cottage, clean & with everything you could need for a holiday. Pickering was lovely & we also visited York & Whitby which are close. Although its street parking we were able to find a space on both days we stayed. Ive told family & friends about Lark cottage as I loved staying here"

"We had a 4 day stay last week. Bedroom 2 was very spacious with en suite. Breakfast delicious his scrambled egg was so tasty. Pascal was an excellent host and very informative on places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking a little tight but as there was only us and another guest it was fine."

"Parking directly outside, shops 5 min walk away. A minor property fault was fixed straight away by owner. Very nice bedroom which had a lot of light leakage but was much quieter than reviews led me to expect. A cosy cottage which had all we needed for our 2 night stay."

"This is a brilliant place, little gem in Pickering!!! Straight across from Pickering rail station which was perfect for our steam train day out. The property is decorated to a very high standard and the fixtures and fittings the same - really nice, spacious, modern kitchen and airy lounge/dining. Bedrooms all a good size and the beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding, we slept amazing. Access to the hot tub was from the kitchen and was so easy to use - we had a fabulous experience seen as the cold weather and snow was in the forecast......unbelievable.We needed for nothing, all day-to-day essentials were provided and he onsite instructions really clear, especially directions to the free station car park up the road.You've done a very good job here Tom, we were all really impressed and had a lovely mini-break.....thank you!!!"
