The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and a short walk to Times Square. It is an ideal spot for walking to major attractions or catching a subway anywhere in the city. Our room was consistently cleaned on a daily basis, and the housekeeping staff did a good job. The reception desk staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to any concerns we had. However, be aware that the hotel is "old school" and you have to pay for basic amenities, including a fee to store bags after checkout. Despite this, the convenience and safety, especially with security at the elevators, make it a great option."

"The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. Cleaning staff didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay. "

"The staff was rude and arbitrary. The hotel accepted our reservation and upon arrival informed us that they canceled our reservation. There was no notice and they left us out in the cold. While waiting in lobby they threatened us with police. Bad group!"
