"The beds were hard and extremely low to the ground. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. We had 4 people in our room and the room was stocked with 3 towels and 2 washcloths. They have the large bottles of “community” soap but do not have the small travel size items. The refrigerator didn’t work. The location was perfect though. "

"I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing. Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff."

"The hotel is very cool and boasts great interior finishes and fittings. There are lots of very well maintained and kept shared spaces, break out rooms and rooftops in the hotel. Also its room sizes are based on shipping containers (but they are not!) and the pods were constructed off site, then shipped to Brooklyn."
