"My wife and I was going there for 30 years and we stayed at other hotel casinos, but we are heading back in September for another 2 weeks. The staff was great. The location is perfect, going to ask for anything better but done on the beach there I sat down near the cabana there And a jet pool, people are saying, you gotta get off there.You can't use that , okay , 👌"

"The room was okay nothing fancy. Staff were not that kind, they would not greet you or at time acknowledge you. Regarding the beach we were informed there was no swimming. The beach was the only reason I booked there. They charged to use the canopy and we could not bring our own drinks. The pool was cold that hardly anyone used it. My kids could not handle it as it was way too cold, they should have warmed it a bit at least. Don’t plan to stay there again."

"Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. We don’t gamble so can’t really speak to the casino, but they do a decent job ventilating the smoke. Only had one breakfast which was yummy. The outside bar/pool area was in need of being picked up, but not terribly. It would be nice to see the carpeting in hotel hallways go away, there’s just no way to make that stuff not be ugly. Overall a great stay and would do it again!"

"Deceiving! We were looking forward to our stay but were EXTREMELY disappointed. Our check in process was a mess as our room key kept getting deactivated. Front desk is nothing shy of useless and clueless. They were unable to provide us with a resolution other than to wait. The rooms itself are OLD and DIRTY! We had gnats all over our room, the AC was not cooling properly, phone was missing buttons as mentioned by a previous guest and the tv was discolored. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are kid sized. I have no idea how this place is considered a “4-star” hotel when it lacks basic necessities. The rooms are old and unkept. Save yourself the trouble and money - BOOK ELSEWHERE!"

"The TV remote was broken and didn’t work. They came to the room and said they would get another one from another room it never happened."

"Everything was great. Check in was easy as well as checking out. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean place, close to hotels and great views! Thank you again!"
