"Location was great but was disappointed that they charged $5/bag to store luggage on early arrival. Apartment was clean, but toilet had some issues, luckily there were 2 bathrooms. "

All the amenities were not there the AC stopped working after 30 minutes, the water would change temperature from freezing to scolding hot in 5 minutes everything was so outdated and the location is far from everything. Not worth the price they advertise "

"The staff is very attentive roght from the point of entry, check in as well as the entire stay. The location is central and walkable to everything you want to see and do."

"The hotel was better than I expected. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms spotless, front desk staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for where to eat. It was very quiet at night so we got a great nights sleep every night. I would stay here again next time we visit Granada."

"This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend."
