"So I knew the place was rated low but it was all me and my daughter had as an option because there was an event called sonic temple going on. Either way, ok, no tv remote. Takes forever but a very clearly drug addict shows up a bunch of times to figure out how to repair the tv. After easily over five visits he shows up with a new tv. Asks me to handle the situation aka set up the tv. Clearly they are using the neighboring WiFi, who knows maybe they are friends, but there also was NO BATHROOM DOOR!!!!! When I mentioned it it was ignored. Also we both wake up, “why is it this cold”. Well no heat. No heat at all and we were not the only ones. I have pics of the other weirdo things. "

"Easy parking staff was very friendly hot breakfast each day very good the atmosphere at the hotel was like being on an island. Everyone was in a good mood. The pool area was excellent. The lobby area is beautiful with all kinds of tropical plants. Everything is very clean and updated and very eco-friendly. I give it a high 10. Easy walkable to near by restaurants and shopping "

"We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. But the room was anything but clean... Our bedding was stained and tattered, the toilet still had old pee on the back of the toilet and poop inside, and the floors look like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The staff did scrub the toilet for us and bring up fresh bedding when we addressed them about it. It was convenient that it was located next food and Walmart."
