"The location of this property made everything very convenient. Dining, shopping, and sightseeing were all close by and within walking distance. The sheets, towels, and room were very clean, which I appreciated. However, the property is in need of renovation, especially in the regular rooms and the suite where we stayed. We ended up paying for an upgrade because the initial room had a noticeable odor. The suite itself felt outdated, particularly in the living room area. The bedroom and bathroom were acceptable, but the floors showed visible damage. We chose not to go back and forth with room changes because we wanted to enjoy our stay rather than spend time dealing with issues. On a positive note, the staff was excellent. The front desk, restaurant team, and doorman were all very welcoming and helpful. Their service truly made our stay more enjoyable."
