"Door man and luggage guys were so appreciative of my tips. If you have a car use the underground parking a couple blocks up Michigan Ave. Only place you can pay for multiple days and have in/out privileges."

"I love how there are so many restaurants in walking distance, including activities like 360 Chicago. Other than that, this hotel was not what I expected and the way the pictures online is set up of the rooftop bar and restaurant is very much so false advertisement. It’s highly overrated to me. I think it’s mainly for young people. But all in all the staff was nice and everything was pleasant."

"Room was filthy with hairs in the shower and bathroom. Overall outdated with slow elevators. That said, location was excellent and in the middle of many great Chicago attractions. Front desk and maintenance (toilet didn’t work when I checked in) were cordial."

"Stayed at this location for 3 days and had a great time. I saw where some people complained about the size of the room but it was spacious to me ( 1 king size bed). The hotel was in walking distance from a lot of the places we wanted to go to. Only down side was that the room did not have a closet but still was extremely nice. On arrival there was a gift bag on the bed- never had that before. I would definitely visit again"
