The living and dining area is equipped with comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace and television, creating a welcoming atmosphere for sharing family moments.The traditional-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a spacious worktop to facilitate meal preparation.The 3 bedrooms in Villa Vilar are decorated with fresh and tranquil tones, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They are distributed along the corridor, conveniently close to the entrance and living space. The villa has a double room with a double bed, a double room with two single beds and a single room. You can enjoy an outdoor space with a table and dining chairs in the shade, where you can savour a typical Spanish meal, prepared on the brick barbecue. The pool is surrounded by beautiful lawn gardens dotted with bushes and palm trees, creating a quiet and private environment ideal for sunbathing or cooling off during the hot summer afternoons.With capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, Villa Vilar is the perfect option for those seeking a quiet getaway but close to the vibrant life of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa.Air conditioning is available free of charge throughout the villa, from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the hottest hours of the day.Important information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
