"Check-in took forever as there was only one person checking people in. There was no where to park the rental car during check in because didn't have room key for garage. On site restaurants were always busy. Hard to get a chair at the pool. Pool wristband policy didn't feel like it was enforced well."

"I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. This resort was absolutely breathtaking for me. The moment you walked into the lobby. The breakfast buffet was just what dreams are made of. Even the smell as you walk through the lobby made you think luxury. My children ages six and 11 were just swept away by the hula lessons and the scuba diving instruction. Wonderful vacation."

"Property was very nice overall and well located near the beach and restaurants. My only major complaint is the connecting rooms you can hear literally EVERYTHING in the next room, it feels like you’re sharing your room with strangers. I would stay again only if I didn’t have a room with a connecting door."

"We went in July and had an amazing time. The property has pretty much everything you would want. We were traveling with three teenagers and grandparents and had two ocean view rooms. The upgrade is absolutely worth it for the view. The staff was amazing and we had access to everything we needed for an exceptional trip. The entire family agreed we would easily stay here again without question."
