The first room was horrible, dirty, to much dust, “There was droppings from some kind of pest in the TV area. I have to go to back to front desk and ask for another room, the second one was better but the outside area was horrible. The stub water was too hot, I could not control it. It were hard to get a good bath. I just leave the hotel early in the morning.

I liked that it was peaceful, this weekend was a little too crowded, couldn’t go to the pool but the mosquitos were too much. Had to stay indoors due to mosquitos. I liked that there were lots of dogs but they were friendly.

The hotel is in VERY BAD condition, neglected, there are many dogs loose in the areas, the pool is hot, and there was no water after 6 pm, the restaurant closed at 6 because of the water, there are no options for dinner, beds very hard, not at all comfortable, there is NO wifi, there are a lot of mosquitoes, I really don't recommend it, there are better options for the price.

First we booked solace by the sea in which EXPEDIA should of been knew that the hotel is closed luckily after waiting for about 4 or 5 hours the manager appeared and helped us get another hotel that is unacceptable so if anyone booked Solace by the sea please do other reservations this hotel is going to be closed for a long time

Solace cancelled my stay the day before, and transferred us to another hotel, it was very upsetting for me and my family, my sister came from New Jersey, I had paid for a 3 bed, bedroom and was transferred to a 2 bedroom, so we were uncomfortable with everything… I will never try to stay at Solace again!

The photos presented in the Hotel promotion are a hoax. The cleaning is terrible, the facilities are lacking maintenance. There is practically no service. I paid for the stay through Hotel.com and the Hotel did not have the information for the app. I prefer to sleep in the car than in that Hotel.

First, the entrance is going beyond a weird tunnel that looks very sketchy and with lack of light. The place looks more like a very old motel 6, and the property you are greeted by dogs. I didn't mind the dogs afterwards as they were friendly, however, it does take away even more from the property. When we checked in, the guy made the comment that they stay for four days is around $200 and through expedia, we paid almost $700, i felt ripped off, specially because the place was not even worth that. The photos show similar, however, when you walk in and you are able to see the details with your eyes, is even more depressing. An airplane’s bathroom is bigger than the space for the toilet in this hotel. The hotel was previously another one, and they didnt even update the name of the emergency evacuation plan. This place looks and feels very depressing, and I wish I would have booked only one day before booking my whole stay for the four days. I suggest that if you are looking for a place to stay, and nothing else available, don’t do more than 1 night, and if I were you, I would get to the hotel instead of booking through Expedia, it is rip off for this below 1 star hotel

Habitaciones asquerosas y apestosas, el personal desagradable, arañas en la bañera, el toilet desagradable, cuando llegas el estacionamiento oscuro, detectores sin batería un fuego no avisa, no tiene las cosas que te dicen en la página por ej el blower etc, la piscina vacía de la entrada, el wifi no tiene, las camas manchadas etc
