"we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. "

"I booked this room for one night for a work trip. Walking into the property it was clean. Front desk was polite and helped me right away for my check in. My room was on the main level next to the pool. Room was clean and cozy. For the time spent at the hotel I was very happy and the price was good. Would stay here again."

"The Beachfront Haven is the place to stay! I travel a lot for my career and I am at hotels for long periods. This place feels like home and the scenery around the place is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and I will definitely stay here on all my future trips. "

"The breakfast is terrific the rooms are beautiful but I got to say they really need to work on their pool area the temperatures were not what they should have been ice cold hot tub fluctuating on cold and warm pool"

"Room was clean, staff were exceptional and welcoming! We actually booked the wrong date and when we arrived they were happy to help us switch dates! Was in a nice location. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm which was so nice! The complimentary breakfast was amazing with waffles, eggs, hash browns, bacon, and all the fixings that you could want!"
