"We had a wonderful time with the entire The beach was spectacular and we enjoyed swimming, playing in the sand and long walks.The host was excellent in communicating with me during our stay and answered questions quickly. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The name of this property says it all: Serenity. We had an amazing vacation here and we can’t wait to come back!"

"This was an awesome stay for us!! The house was impeccably clean and had many nice touches such as charging outlets by the beds, toiletries, beach chairs/umbrella, nice oversized towels, beach towels, Roku TVs which were easy to sign into, and a digital guidebook which had a lot of useful info about the house and area. It seemed very well thought out what guests might need and with small kids I appreciated there weren’t too many tchotchkes around. The decor is nice - pretty tile work throughout, quality furniture and the home is very very well kept. The front porch is lovely and the surrounding area is thick woods and feels private yet neighborly. The host was very easy to get in touch with. For mobility challenges: note that the living room and kitchen are on the second floor and the stairs have a bannister on only one side at the end (we used a baby gate which was provided to keep our kids safe). Also note that the walk to the beach is up a steep gravel path and then down a 3-4 story set of dune stairs but there are very accesible beaches a nearby drive away such as Tunnel Beach and Grand Haven. This property was a home run for us - it is a really well kept home and we had not a single complaint!"

"The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was very clean and well stocked, we enjoyed being able to sit outside and walks to the beach. It is convenient to both Grand H and Holland, Being able to take our dog with us was a plus and he loved going to nearby Kirk beach for a swim. The host was great answering a few questions immediately The property has beautiful flower gardens. Our dog sat for hours watching the black squirrels eating from the bird feeder."

"The deck and access to the private beach was the show stealer! Lovely and peaceful! House was very clean. Kitchen had tons of dish ware and cooking gadgets. Primary bathroom and kitchen updates were fabulous! Would definitely stay there again!"

"We just got back from a wonderful week-long family vacation at this property. The view of Lake Michigan and the gorgeous sunsets were absolutely stunning and something we already miss. It was my husband, myself, our son and daughter-in-law and our five-month-old grandbaby, along with our two dogs, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was incredible and well stocked, so we made many great meals there. We enjoyed Holland and Saugatuck, some great restaurants, playing pickleball, beach time, long walks, World Cup matches on their nice TV and comfy couch, and just generally enjoying time together. Thanks for providing a beautiful home for us to get some much-needed family time together!"

"Place was great and our dogs loved having access to the beach. Typically only a couple of other folks out on the beach at any given time. We got lucky with weather, but no AC is tough in the summer - the house could use a ceiling fan to increase airflow. The back deck has a gate, so it is fully fenced in - a big win when traveling with dogs - as it increases the number of "safe" spaces. We loved hanging out on the deck and reading - for the most part it is shaded for the entire day."

"Overall we did have an enjoyable experience at the property and the location of the home with beach access was great and the reason we chose to stay there.The house itself is definitely not near as nice as advertised. The home was not very clean, there are ant traps in every room and where you park is a grassy muddy area which was inconvenient with our small children since it had rained and the ground was wet. It is obvious that an older person lived there and they just kept all the old furniture etc and started renting the property without doing any updates at all."
