"Great place, and a great time! Very clean, within walking distance to the beach! Was happy that we could bring our dog, and not be restricted by size! Not far from Holland, and other nearby areas. Definitely one we will look to rent again."

"This was a great property. It was clean, well stocked, and had clear instructions for everything. It was close to beaches, Holland, and Saugatuck. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to check out that part of the state. The antique Reader's Digests were a great little touch as well."

"The location is great for Lake Michigan. Super close to multiple beaches. The house was spacious and the backyard was great. The house itself could use some work. It was pretty dirty when we arrived. Super dusty living room, the top of the fridge had used plastic ware and cups on top. Most of the dishes felt unclean. We washed dishes before we used them. There were crumbs on the kitchen floor. Stains on the bedding. The towels were very old in the bathrooms. The trim has never been finished in the bathroom. Water had to be all the way on hot to take a shower. Carpets are stained. Overall, just felt very "used" or like you were staying at grandmas house that hadn't been cleaned well. The fan in the master was caked with dust."

"Lovely property and very kind property managers. Power outage in area. Temperature was down to 44 degrees inside before power returned 25 hours into our stay. Power outage caused water to stop, and thus no plumbing. Very few amenities enjoyed during our 3 night stay. Manager refunded 75% of 1 night plus 130 for food loss (refrigerator fail) and Thanksgiving meal of Chinese. Overall stay was fine."
