"...You will never want to leave...This hotel and staff are what you would dream to have and not expect from any visit you have at a hotel. From first arrival we were treated like family and made to feel like we were at a new home we had yet to discover. Fabio was simply incredible as was the rest of the staff. From making sure we had everything we needed to guiding us through our journey in their magical town. The hotel itself was impeccable and one of the most friendly and professionally run operations I have experienced...and i travel a lot. It was my first trip alone with my Daughter after the passing of my mother and we could not have been more blessed to be welcomed the way we were into this wonderful space. We truly escaped here. We loved it so much and will return one day. Unfortunately Expedia took a review from another place with a complete opposite experience and posted it here. I cannot tell you the horror i felt when i learned of this mistake. Even when I talked to them they were very understanding. I am grateful of their patience and their constant example of professionalism"

"We are from Scotland and stayed here a week from 8th November. Excellent hotel. Lovely facilities and fantastic quality. Lovely room ( although we would have preferred to be in the main building than the tower), extremely comfortable bed and all facilities first class. The hotel is excellently positioned for exploring Lucca and reaching the train station to wider explore Tuscany.Staff were all exceptional - breakfast ladies deserve a special mention, they were all lovely and very efficient -as do all the reception staff who likewise were very helpful and always willing and available to assist. We were very impressed. A special mention to Greta on reception. Not only was she first class in dealing with any requirements we had- such as booking a private transfer to the airport- but she was always smiling and cheery and nothing was ever a problem. Compliments to everyone. We hope to be back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucca. Well done and thank you Brian and Joyce "

"Massimo was by far the best host we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — offering fantastic restaurant and shopping recommendations, sharing insider tips to reach tourist spots without traffic, and even pointing us toward the best parking areas.The apartment itself was perfectly located right outside Lucca’s walled city, within easy walking distance to the train station and all of Lucca’s best sights. Our family of four spent a wonderful week here and loved every moment. The apartment was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, and there were plenty of inviting spaces to relax, play, and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking together a joy. Every detail was thoughtful and luxurious. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"
