"Lovely old 3-star property right outside the wall. Clean in all areas. Super friendly staff from Front Desk to breakfast to room maids. Great self-serve breakfast and a variety of teas and cookies in the hallways for guests to serve themselves. The room had all the amenities you need. Hotel is near the rail station, but I never heard a train. Some reviews talk about folks hanging around the train station which I did not encounter and I felt safe at all times."

"B&B host was lovely, incredibly pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect for lucca, balcony opening up to main piazza was amazing. And sound proof doors for sleep, very silent. We loved our stay."

"Easy to find. Very cute rustic decor and clean room. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Although there is no staff (except when e we checked in), they were always responsive via WhatsApp. Access to “the Wall” is right in front of the hotel. It’s beautiful to walk, run or bike there."

The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!"

"We were here for two weeks (after Comic and Games) and stayed in the 5 bedroom apartment. The layout of the place worked beautifully for the group of women who stayed the first week as well as the next group of couples who stayed the second week. It afforded both privacy and great places to gather for conversation. The kitchen/dining room hosted several private dinners. It was conveniently located, quiet and the elevator made it easily accessible for all. We let management know about a few minor issues and they addressed them in a timely manner."
