"Great stay overall. The location was excellent—close to Hong Kong Station, Central, and convenient for visiting The Peak. Having one apartment per floor made it quiet, private, and spacious, with lovely views from the room and rooftop bar. However, while generally clean, there were some minor issues like sofa stains and a bit of mold in the shower. Given this, it was a good stay, but still feel it was a little overpriced. Overall, 4 out of 5."

"I don't know why you guys(Experia) want me to write another review of Eaton HK, I wrote one before.This is like my 4th stay in like 2.5 years. Everything is fine at Eaton HK. Location is near everything. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy to get to. Clean room and comfortable bed. The only Con is the smaller room. If you're not a frequent traveler to HK. Most HK hotel have smaller room unlike in US. I personally love a small room, but that's me."

"My recent stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong was truly unforgettable. This was my fifth international solo Four Seasons vacation, and the team made it feel incredibly special from start to finish. Each visit with Four Seasons is meaningful, but this one stood out in a way I’ll always remember. Glory, James, Hugh, and the entire staff were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and deeply personal. Every detail, from the welcome to the daily interactions, reflected a level of service that goes far beyond hospitality. It felt like being embraced by a team that truly understands what exceptional service means. The hotel itself is stunning. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable, and the sense of calm and elegance is unmatched. Whether relaxing in the room, enjoying the views, or exploring the amenities, everything felt thoughtfully curated. Dining at Lung King Heen was another highlight. The food was exquisite, the flavors refined, and the service flawless. It was one of the most memorable culinary experiences I’ve had. I loved everything about my stay. Four Seasons Hong Kong continues to set the standard for luxury travel, and they made my fifth solo journey with them feel like a celebration. I’m already looking forward to returning."

"This is a recently renovated hotel, so condition is good. Reception staff are good, bar and breakfast staff a little less joyful! Breakfast is limited as off menu to order, but quality is good. Local area has good food, travel anf shopping options and you are only a short walk from more central bars and restaurants."

"Water coming from the ceiling. Had the staff come look but they didn’t move us until the morning to a lesser room with a smaller bed . I messaged with the management and they promised me a partial refund of thirty percent off our three day stay . Telling me that they would have to work with hotels.com to issue it . That was eight days ago and I haven’t heard anything from either company. I tried talking with hotels.com but they didn’t get back to me . "
