"The rooms are outdated but they were clean. The hot tubs were down unfortunately which was one reason we booked this resort so that was a bummer but the staff was great and the price was right. The views were gorgeous and it's near hiking trails and a bike trail. Would book it again if they update their rooms and amenities."

"We booked the day of our stay. Restaurant on site was a nice setting and had a local band which we enjoyed while dining. The room was functionally all we wanted for the modest cost. We wished we arrived earlier to enjoy the patio and outside bar."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. We stayed in the lower apartment and check in was easy. The online instructions aren't the most up to date, but the hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Loved the smores kit and fire pit being fully stocked as well as the instant coffee provided. We felt very at home. The property is cozy and functional. We really enjoyed the board games and electric fireplace! The property is ideally situated for exploring the area.We will definitely stay at this property again next time we are in the area."

"Beautiful house in a vey quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and super clean with spacious rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Super responsive host. Comfortable beds. Can go on a 1 1/2 hr walk in the neighborhood enjoying the quietness and beauty of VT. Trails like Broad Brook trail is less than 5 miles away. Highly recommend."
