"no indication at old (closed?) terminal 1 entrance on level 1 of hotel!! luckily two guests were using shuttle bus who told me to take lift to level 3 - where the hotel reception was immediately obvious. quick efficient, friendly check in (excellent English) nice room, good AC but no window- all fine"

"The temperature in the gym was too hot. They should keep windows covered during the day, as the gym is on the rooftop with glass doors. Elevators all broken all the time. Breakfast is simple and the same every day."

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."

"Horrible breakfast !!! Just the basic stuff. No jellies, no natural juices, no cakes or flan, no cheese bread etc etc . Zero star for breakfast "

"Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was varied, and the price was reasonable. Not the most touristic part of town but close to many places where to eat."
