"This was a nice 1 bedroom condo. Checking in at the front desk was quick and easy and they were all extremely helpful and friendly. To be honest, we used it as a home base to sleep and shower at, because when you’re in Steamboat in the summer, who wants to hang out inside? It worked perfect for us and although we didn’t utilize the kitchen, it was well stocked with coffee makers and all the cooking and serving utensils that you would need. It has a nice deck off the back with a table and some chairs that overlook plaza area of the ski resort and you can watch the gondolas running. Overall, we would definitely stay there again."

"We were very happy with our choice and would book this resort again. Everything was super clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. They tell you about a $30/day parking charge when checking in, at that point what are you going to do, because you make your reservation in advance and you are kind of captive. Hotels.com should mention this and factor it in to the per night charge. Overall we were totally pleased."

"The place was great! The main seating area and kitchen are on the main floor. The main suite and bathroom is on the second floor and two additional bedrooms are on a third floor and are connected by a jack and Jill bathroom. There’s also a sleeping area in the open loft just outside the two bedrooms on the top floor. These aren’t full flights of stairs. The layout of the place was perfect for us. We had two little kids and grandma with us and there was plenty of room to spread out. There’s no A/C but the fans are great. The natural light and windows are amazing. It feels like you’re in a little tree house. The staff was very responsible and helpful. We would definitely stay again! The only odd thing about the layout is there’s no bathroom on the main floor. Could be a problem for older folks who are thinking about staying here and have a hard time with stairs, but wasn’t an issue for us. The location is also incredible. We could walk to the Gondola and there’s a little kid river and sandy beach area right outside. Overall quiet location. Free bus within walking distance."

"We had a great experience at Kutuk… Here are my takeaways: - easy quick walk to the base, there wasn’t much snow when we were there so probably even more convenient when there is a good snow year. I would not call it ski in or ski out, but in a good snow year it’s close to being a ski out. - our unit was very well stocked. It had everything we needed. The unit was a bit outdated, but was great to have so much space for our clothes in the dressers and wardrobes. It was a comfortable unit. - there is no washer dryer in the unit, but the laundry facility was a quick little walk and worked great - the little creek running thru the property creates nice ambience! - the parking situation was great. You pulled into a covered and secure parking garage, there was adequate room so you didn’t have to fight for parking and the walk from the car to the unit was very short. There is a nominal fee for parking. I would stay here again. "

"Skiing was great snow was good up higher and the last day Friday we got snow so it was nice to play in some powder. The condo was pretty good. I was a little bothered that none of the TVs worked. I had to get someone to come in and reprogram it to get it to come on the TV in the bedroom was leaning against the back wall because it was broke off the stand pretty poor for a 5000 a week place."
