Spectacular Floor-To-Ceiling Ocean View, Ground Floor For Direct Ocean Access!!!

"Sitting about 8 feet above sea level, along the edge of the volcanic rock shoreline of a small bay, this unit offered excellent views. The property was undergoing some exterior updating, but in general appeared well maintained. The gardens in front were beautiful, and the grass surrounding the building along the oceanside was well kept, but only about 8 feet wide between the lanai and the rocky drop-off in front of this unit, which is our only negative. Throughout our stay, people were constantly parking on the street and walking right by the lanai to get around the building to access the ocean in back. There was street signage directing people to the public access further down the street, but the property sign at the edge of the yard, only said "Please respect our private property". The foot traffic was sun-up to past sun-down, as it appears the surf is nice in front of the property! After the 3rd day, we stopped sitting on the lanai in the evenings. Our only negative for the stay."

"You can't really put into words how special this condo is. The view when u walk in is stunning!!!!! The sounds of the waves crashing underneath the balcony and the turtles playing in the turquoise waters just at the coves edge...magical! You're right next door to the beach house restaurant which is really good and the snorkling at the beach house is some of the best on the island! Huge fish out there! Beautiful coral and of course the turtles. Awesome surf spot rt out front as well. Bring or rent some boards. Water is hot. Pressure is great! Beautiful counters and appliances. The floors are super nice. Floor to ceiling windows. Huge king size bed. No loud parties going on. Only loud noise i heard all week was the waves. You have to close the windows to watch a movie you're so close to the ocean. Fruit stand down the street. Some really good restaurants and shops close by. There was so much to do. Can't wait to come back!"

"Really fantastic location with turtles feeding off the rocks on the ocean side of the unit and watching the surfers and boogie boarders ride the surf. Unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and kitchen had everything to cook in when we chose. Five stars all around!"

"We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for exploring most of the island. Poipu Kōloa area is great to just hang and relax here, or drive either direction to explore It’s a great spot to start adventures from. The condo is in a nice quiet complex, great pool and bbq area. We really enjoyed our stay!!"
