"The staff was extremely rude. There was a cockroach found in our room. I reported the staff member who was rude to me to the manager. All he said was that they will make sure he goes back into training. Then he offered me $120 dining credit. The staff member was so rude to my boys and me that we didn’t even feel comfortable going into the lobby or dealing with the concierge. We will never stay at the Sheraton or a Marriott hotel again."

"This was a very comfortable, clean, well equipped condo. The view off the lanai was very nice.The only areas for improvement were that the shower could use some recaulking and the exhaust fan did not seem to do anything. "
