"I don't like spending a lot of money for an overnight, so this was sufficient. It had a pool, washer, dryer, vending machines with candy, etc. and ice. The room had two big beds, a microwave and small fridge, so, all in all, it worked for me. I wasn't worried about safety at all, and there was a cool sports bar a short walk away."

"A very nice property, and was a 3 minute walk tot he Beach. Very spacious for large groups to where you are not on top of each other. Very nice up to date Kitchen, TV's, Bathrooms are all very nice. Large Dining area for 6. Very convenient to Destin Harbor Area.Only recommendations for upgrade is a more comfortable couch sitting area. It is outdated and not comfortable.Nice outside sitting area but decking and stairs needs to be cleaned and improved.Only other thing for future booking guest when reviewing please consider the number of stairs to be used if there is elderly in your group or thos who might have problems going up & down stairs. It would be tough for them.But this is a place I would stay at again for sure."

Our family is large and 11 of us shared the home very comfortably. We hated to leave!"

"The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. A couple details to note.... although the view in the photos show the beach basically in the backyard, one must walk to the street and 20-30 yards down to access it (there is a tall chain-linked fence blocking any possible entrance any closer. The water is crystal clear, however there are jellyfish everywhere. The beach seen is a small beach between jetties. Still beautiful,but not clear in the advertisement.The condo itself is clean,.. a lot of knick knacks everywhere, so beware if you have small children.Beds are comfortable. Balcony is pretty, but could use an umbrella or screen to help with the heat from afternoon sun.If you are staying longer than a weekend, definitely plan to buy more dishsoap,paper towels, and laundry detergent than is provided."
