"Check in no problem staff fast and helpful. Room and bathroom clean. Love the bodywash and shampoo. Location the best. Valet park the best. Guys are friendly. Balcony view great and relaxing, watching people passby and sunset. Summertime but air conditioning perfect. Will be back here again. Already recommended my friends to book here."

"Great location. Close to beach, Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Pillows have to be better. Tasty coffee downstairs.. Hotel provides sunscreen. Room service scheduled for every other day. We had to ask for fresh bath towels for the days they did not clean our room. Staff was so friendly and ready to help us each time! Big thanks you for it!"

"My wife collapsed (I suspect as a result of dehydration) just after we had checked out at reception. The duty manager was there in a flash and my wife’s collapse had been observed by one of the ladies at reception, who immediately called 911. The staff were very helpful. They even arranged for my wife and I to return to the room we had just checked out of so my wife could lay down and recover after the paramedics had finished with her. Very impressed with their level of concern. Highly recommend The Wayfinder as a place to stay in Waikiki."
