"We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. Paper towels were in the unit for the kitchen but when it was used up they said they don’t supply paper towel so we had nothing to wipe up with in kitchen. They had sprayed down the road with some solution that let the bottom of our shoes yucky even the next morning. Very poor experience."

"Overall, the place was clean and well kept. Having to bring our own towels was a bit of a pain, as was having to make the beds ourselves. The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy.The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing."

"We only stayed for one night but would have happily have stayed longer. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, air conditioning unit in room. Mini bar with snacks (additional charge) there was a free pantry for residents which had tea coffee ice machine. We felt welcomed and would definitely recommend the accommodation."

"Charming Inn, a throwback to the distant past yet full of fresh modern era updates. Rooms are simple, but tasteful and less than fancy, but fresh and clean. There is a large shared first floor with an eclectic array of furnishings, and used for reception, guest lounge and kitchenette for coffee tea and treats. Good service at the Inn with a co-owned Cafe just across the street for breakfast, light lunches and drinks. Overall quite good value for this area and the beautiful little town of Queenston where this Inn sits is just down the road from Niagara or Niagara On The Lake."
