"Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand."

"Few rooms doesn’t have any window. Make sure you don’t book them. Air conditioning is not reliable. Location is good. The adjacent restaurant is quite good but overpriced. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. "

"The housekeeper, Vinothini, maintained my room exceptionally well. I was impressed by her attention to detail and her kindness. The gym was fantastic. Lovely views from the top floor. The Spa was exceptional. Food was tasty, although a little on the expensive side. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my stay overall. The level of comfort is very high at this hotel."
