The food is consistently excellent, refined without being fussy, and always memorable. Add in the easy parking, central location across from the Public Gardens, and the hotel’s historic charm, and it is hard to imagine staying anywhere else."

"The AC was not working, called to complain and was told they could provide a fan and told us to open the window. The window opened 2 inches and the room was still hot."

"The hotel has no elevator which is difficult for travellers with luggages. Breakfast is fair and the room I stayed, the heater/AC control was broken so they tried to fix it and they taught me how to change the temperature in the main unit. The staff were all polite and kind and friendly. All in all I would say 3.5 out of 5 stars. "
