"First, when we arrive we didn’t have access to luggage carts. I had to go up the escalator 2 floors, stand in line, hand over my drivers license and the go back downstairs for our luggage. As much as we get charged as guest I think we should have been helped a little more and luggage carts should be available or at least nearby. Secondly, I was in the Red Tower and there was a loud party in the restaurant below and we had to listen to that music for 3-4 hours. Also, my husband called downstairs to find out how long the party would be or could we move to another room and the rudest woman answered the phone. She told us that the restaurant was independent and Westin had nothing to do with it. She had a very nasty attitude from the very beginning. When we asked again how long the party would go, she finally told us Nine o’clock and she hung up in our face. The next morning I did report this incident to the manager. I just feel like the amount you , including what ever is a destination fee is, you should be treated better. I was excited to stay here but left very was disappointed."

"Great lobby. Nice bar. Bartender was super nice. The room was very small but clean and nice. I imagine other rooms are bigger. The pool closed at 7 and there’s no hot tub. That was disappointing but otherwise a really nice place. "

"There was a beautiful scent throughout the whole hotel, staff is very friendly and positive. A great place to stay especially for out of towners. I for sure recommend this place."

"The airport shuttle was the reason we stayed at the property, but it was not picking people up from the hotel in the morning. Many others had been waiting for over an hour so we decided to just catch an uber to the airport. Not staying here again."

"The hotel was under a major renovation and it was not made aware when making the reservation. The restaurant is operating minimally and its the only restaurant for miles. The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! "
