"Busy hotel, seems focused on short-term stays making it difficult for staff to stay on top of essential services. Water pressure in 1st room offered just a trickle. Great staff ultimately offered another room, but required tough negotiation not not a good intro to hotel. Public areas a bit shabby - could use a face-lift. "

Overall our stay was great and we will definitely book here again when we come back to visit the city again!"
