"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."

"The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing."

"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."

"Zimer, personal und das esen war gut"

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

"It was nice , but needs some upgrades in the rooms, the curtains and the furniture is OLD, and the bed was not the most comfortable. We still had good time."
