The room was on the first floor , very pleasant room with settee seperate bathroom , tea coffee facilities and robe with slippers. We used the spa and the breakfast was included i had porridge and toast with ample tea. My husband upgraded to an omlette which was tasty. Fantastic service and we were made to feel special.
