"The hotel is modern and well maintained with a great indoor pool area for a city hotel. Its also in a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is basic, but the cost is more than reasonable. I found the staff at the buffet really attentive and friendly. My only negative would be that you couldnt get hold of reception, it would just go to voicemail and there was an ironing board in our room but no iron. I'd stay at this hotel again for sure. "

"Our stay at Pegasus was great. Position was great close to Vic Market & central shopping. Really good value for money. Clean & spacious rooms. We have stayed there a number of times & will stay there again. Staff were very friendly & helpful. "

"Always an amazing stay. Stayed here 3 or 4 times now and cannot fault it. The only small thing was this time one lift was out of order which slowed down moving up and down a little."

"Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle. Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"It wasn’t clean lolly papers on the floor, my wife wouldn’t shower because of its state, wires hanging out of the TV. Over all not good."
