"Overall, this was not a comfortable 4-star hotel experience for me. The soundproofing was poor — I could frequently hear the loud bang of doors slamming in the hallway, both day and night. On weekends, music from outside was also audible from inside the room. The toilet paper holder was positioned too far back, requiring an awkward backward twist to reach it — not very ergonomic at all. There were four pillows, which was a nice touch, but two of them had a strange structure, almost as if they were pieced together — and none of them were fluffy or comfortable. Breakfast was $25, but the selection was limited. The coffee was disappointing, and the only highlights were the eggs and juice. In conclusion, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends."

Lifts were not all in working order and were on the slow side, most noticeable during times of peak use by hotel patrons. Wasn't sure that there was an attempt to fix the non-operational lift with any urgency despite the obvious need to."
