"We had one night before an extended tour. The hotel is perfectly located so we could walk around and see the sights. The breakfast was exceptional and Rachel was so attentive. Every staff member we encounter, George, Giovanni, Giuseppe, Bruna and Nastor were amazing. We felt comfortable the moment we checked in. I highly recommend Solo Hotel for your visit to Florence."

"The roof bar has a great view of the City worth visiting whether you stay or not. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lighting was minimal. Hotel appears to be mainly housing for students studying abroad so the room floors feel a bit dormitory style. And the room and amenity access is a bit quirky requiring elevator transfers. But overall good value and I would stay there again"

"The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great."

John prepared a bag for breakfast for us to bring because we had to leave before the start of breakfast. we were able to get coffee before we left. the hotel is close to the train station and the marketplace.
