(He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return! "

"Really great modern accommodation in the heart of the old town of Lucerne. Staying with 2 teenage kids in same room, just about fitted into the high bunks. Only negative was the one feather pillow which deflated to nothing once your head hit it, so better pillows is my only gripe. "
