"Clean room"

"Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice. "

"Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and we weren’t informed until we had already arrived at the hotel and heard other guests asking about it. That was disappointing; however, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Not a very nice place, bed was uncomfortable and not even attached to the base which kept moving away from the wall. Tv was tiny and general feel of the hotel is not nice "

"With no staff on site at weekends and not having emails at the time it took a while to be able to enter the property. The apartment was lovely."

"Room is comfortable and clean. No lift access carrying luggage to second floor with kids not ideal, and unsecured open underground car park."
