"Do not book here. Staff are very disinterested and not helpful. My room was left ajar with the snib while I was out and I came back to my door open with no one around. Anyone could've stolen my belongings. Also got walked in on twice even though I said I was busy. The staff lost my phone charger for 3 days until the manager miraculously recovered it. They didn't even bother to look. Just said they couldn't find it. Very rude staff as I made a request for ice and they told me to get it myself....

"Staff was perfect, elevators available and fast enough, room was really nice (only issue was bathroom fan didn’t work - not sure if it was supposed to). Foldout chair was a great bed for my daughter. Water was hot and high pressure on 8th floor; Best location imaginable, blocks from art museum and Willis Tower; parking fantastic 2 blocks away with in/out privileges for $28/day. $550/3 nights during 4th July pretty reasonable. Will check availability at this place before any other on next trip...

"Our room was advertised as a kitchenette. There were no dishes or silverware. No stove or oven. Small microwave and mini fridge. Only one elevator to the 26th floor was operational. Long wait time and over crowded elevator car. Unfortunately our room windows overlooked a hotel with two story tall letters spelling out the name of a world class wannabe despot."
