"We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Basically it was just a couple odd things like the toilet would run if you didn’t jiggle handle, treadmill was really loud, coffee maker in room didn’t work as instructed, nothing big. Certainly would stay again. "

"The breakfast is just sad, its an attempt to get you to buy their breakfast. No soap available. otherwise fine"

"No complaints about the stay or the property. Just the day we happened to be there was limited parking on the lot, but they arranged parking across the street. "
