"I would be remiss in not first mentioning how incredibly responsive Brian is from the time of booking to the very last day. The photos are accurate but really doesn't do the house justice. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed just hanging out on the deck on the top floor. There were 6 adults and it was great to have 4 bedrooms with king size beds and let everyone pick what suits them best. We had a few hiccups but none that would make this house less than a 5 star and Brian responded to everything faster than any other host I've dealt with. We didn't have the best weather for the first few days but it really didn't matter. The house is completely stocked and we were very impressed by the kitchen. I don't think there was anything we couldn't find if we needed it. The view is amazing and right on the beach. We were even lucky enough to see some dolphins! I've rented a lot of properties and the guide book to the Wave House that Brian provides is awesome. I downloaded to my home screen on my phone and everything you can think of was right at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property whether it's with friends or family (yes, kids too), there' a great bunk room downstairs. We played a little competitive pool and listened to music. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and just listening to the sound of the ocean. Thank you Brian for being such a great host!"
