"The spot was perfect for my family’s first international vacation together! Jack and Kay were very proactive in their communication and hospitality. The waterfront and accessories to enjoy it made us spend most of the week on the property and the surrounding sandbars. The screened-in porch allowed for most of our cooking thanks to the grill, pizza oven, and large burner while also letting us enjoy being outside for the majority of our stay.The spot was quiet even with construction happening on one side and a dog rescue on the other. We loved the local wildlife passing through the property (frogs, snails, sand crabs, and the occasional puppy).This place made for a memorable vacation!"

The grounds are spectacular and full of peace and tranquility. The stunning blue, calm ocean is in our backyard. The amenities inside and outside are in abundance. Our host, Fina, is always so incredibly accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for anything about Exuma. We cannot wait for our next trip in May!! "the views are indescribable! You wake up with water all around you and your own private deck, where you can watch the sting rays, sea turtles and starfish right through the crystal clear water! Our cottage/room was sufficient for our week vacation. My only improvement would be larger bathroom and hooks on wall for hanging clothes. Pretty minor for our 5 star trip! "

"No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend! "
