It's not a hotel. It's an apartment that had each bedroom broken down into rooms for rent. Shared tiny kitchen with other guests and very very limited items. The AC called the room but not super cold. Location is great! Near good food, a mall and near the metro station.

wir waren insgesamt mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, das war das Einzige, was wir uns ein wenig anders vorgestellt hätten. Man muss wissen, dass man sich sein Frühstück selber machen muss und die Auswahl für das Frühstück war insgesamt etwas spärlich. Aber insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft, wenn man so wie wir, einen Städte-Kultur-Trip macht, und nur zum Übernachten in der Unterkunft ist, weiterempfehlen.

Outdated Room

This was the first stop of our Italy trip and the hotel was definitely lacking. Albeit the staff were helpful and friendly, the room and facilities were very dated and in need of an update. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable as it seemed like the mattress was very old and some springs were missing. The mattress was not very flat with a bulge up in the middle. Our bathroom faucet kept coming off and the shower was like a tiny closet. We would not recommend this place.

Accueil très convenable dès notre arrivée.

Dès notre arrivée le paiement de 6 nuits a été abordé avec insistance par le responsable qui ne pouvait être présent le jour de notre départ...Puis visite de la chambre : Lit propre tout comme le sol et l'armoire mais la salle d'eau (!) : La tablette au-dessus du lavabo est manquante et l'eau chaude n'arrive qu'après 5mn dans la douche comme au lavabo ! de plus aucun gel douche convenable (échantillon qu'il faut ouvrir avec ses dents ...Et non remplacés systématiquement d'un jour à l'autre ! ) Le petit déjeuner est plutot décevant: C'est à vous de nettoyer la cafetière non vidée de la veille quant aux petites patisseries emballées elles disparaissent souvent dans la nuit et vous devez vous contenter de tranches de pain industrielles sorties du réfrigérateur qu'il est possible de faire griller.Confitures très convenables mais une espèce de "vache qui rit" en parts à avaler sans enthousiasme. Une énorme poubelle au couvercle métallique recueille les détritus (boite de pizza ..etc ) des occupants qui ne respectent pas les consignes pourtant affichées.En 6 nuits une alarme s'est déclenchée 2 fois le matin ...Elle s'est arrétée sans aucune intervention (?) TV correcte ,lit fait tous les jours et proximité du métro pour nous consoler.

LT Rooms-review

LT Rooms in Rome is slightly different to a standard hotel because the rooms are individual apartments on the first floor of an apartment block. LT rooms was a little difficult to find because it doesn't have a hotel front, entry is a double door onto the street. Apart from individual rooms, there is a shared kitchen which is used for breakfast and hot drinks throughout the day. The breakfast is cornflakes or muesli, and there is a filter coffee machine with roast and ground coffee supplied. You need to bring your own tea bags. There is satellite TV, although the only English speaking channel was Bloomberg. The staff are friendly and helpful and offered good advice on how to get from Fiumicino Airport via a good shuttle bus. It is a bit of a walk from the bus stop though. The hotel is close to a tube station, taking you straight into the centre of Rome. You have to get your ticket before you travel in Rome but there is a tobacconist shop close to the hotel that sells passes to the public transport network. We bought a seven day pass which we could use on the tube (Metro), buses, train within Rome.

Excelente localização, ótimo atendimento, Wi-Fi boa, mas o café da manhã cada um tinha que fazer o seu e algumas pessoas durante a noite pegavam as comidas do café da manhã. Quando reclamamos a moça gentilmente fez a reposição. Também levavam o açúcar para dentro dos quartos o que impossibilitava de quem estivesse na cozinha de adoçar o café. O café não era servido, cada um por si.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons été dans cet établissement pendant 3 nuits pour un séjour en amoureux. Ce B&B est situé à 15 minutes à pied du Vatican et a quelques arrêts de métro du centre de Rome. La situation est donc idéale. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Luca qui est le gérant. C'est un personne très disponible et qui fera tout pour vous arranger pour que vous passiez un super séjour. Malgré notre arrivée tardive dans la soirée, il a pris le temps de nous donner pleins de conseils et nous a recommandé d'aller voir plusieurs endroits dans Rome. A savoir que c'est un bed & breakfeast, il n'y a pas de réception à proprement parlé (même si Luca est là plusieurs heures chaque jour), à votre arrivée on vous donne les clés d'entrées de l'immeuble et vous êtes totalement indépendant. La chambre été très propre, charmante et la terrasse a été un réel plus. Le petit-déjeuner qui est inclut est très bien aussi (plusieurs céréales, gâteaux, jus de fruits, café, thé...). Tout est disposé et mis à disposition dans un un espace cuisine jusqu'a 11h. De plus le thé et le café sont à volonté durant tout le séjour. Le seul bémol a été le bruit. L'immeuble est assez rétro (même si ascenseur) et l'isolation et les canalisations sont assez anciennes. Sachant que les fenêtres et terrasses donnent sur une grande avenue qui est assez bruyante. On entend également la chasse d'eau de la chambre voisine. Malgré ce point négatif nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Clean but not impressed

The room with the 4 beds was very small, the shower was very tiny in which you could not turn around or bend over in the shower. The continental breakfast was really nothing I made the coffee and there was some juice and cereal but nothing to talk about. It was a clean room and same with the bathroom being clean.

Safe and close to Metro

Safe location, close to Metro station, grocery stores, standard restaurants. Bus stop close by but we were mainly interested in the tourist attractions of Rome so stuck to the subway close by. The hotel is basically rooms with attached bathrooms in an apartment building. Older building but updated decently. Small bathrooms. But great balcony if you can get one of the four rooms. Hotel owner owns 6 rooms on that floor with a common kitchen that he rents. Helpful and nice owner. Only complaint was the lack of consistent hot water. No safe in the room.

Le responsable de la location a "oublié" de nous accueillir et nous avons attendu plus de 2 heures dans le hall. Appartements très mal isolés (voisins, rue). Petit déjeuner continental ? Quelques bouteilles qui viennent du "Leader Price" du coin, du pain de mie, de la confiture bas de gamme, des céréales ... Très décevant. Une installation électrique très limite avec des fils un peu partout et des équipements tenant avec du sotch. Le quartier n'est pas top non plus ...

Nice place near the Vatican.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a little small but that's normal for Italy apparently. The breakfast was decent and the price was definitely right. Overall would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to stay near many attractions.
