I had spent the entire day sightseeing after my flight. I had come to the hotel hoping to relax. At first glance, it seemed good. The beds were clean, the room was neat, and the bathroom looked clean. The room itself was small and the walls seemed to be in not the best condition however I did not mind because I only planned to sleep and shower here. Sleeping was fine. However the bathroom was horrible. The water does not keep its temperature and I almost burned myself all week attempting to shower in the volatile water. First it was freezing cold and then burning me. Not only that, but when we showered, the bidet began to leak. The entire bathroom floor flooded. The owner ignored us when we told him about it and proceeded to say that everything was fine even though we had showed him picture evidence. He was extremely rude during these conversations as I tried to explain the struggles we had been going through in the bathroom. The one thing I wanted was a place to sleep and shower, and this is honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I am not one to usually complain. We should have gotten compensation however he was rude and ignored us. I would never recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

La struttura ha potenzialità, trovandosi in un punto raggiunto da Bus, vicino alla metro etc, e anche ben strutturata come predisposizione interna, essendo ricavata da una terrazza. Purtroppo tutto qst non serve quando c'è improvvisazione nell accoglienza, ma soprattutto l appartamento non viene curato. La nota più dolente è la pulizia, in quanto è molto superficiale e la polvere è dappertutto.. Peccato, xké l'ottimo prezzo e la posizione sono punti importanti. C'è da migliorare parecchio per essere all' altezza della situazione.

Accommodation standard was very much below expectations, similar to a hostel not a hotel. Description on Expedia said breakfast was included but that was not the case as there were no facilities at the property to make that even possible. Room provided was in the basement, we couldn't reach the windows and the noise of the road didn't let us sleep very much.

Pulizia pessima

Mi spiace lasciare una recensione negativa. Il posto è carino e comodo per la vicinanza alla metro ma la pulizia è inesistente. Polvere dappertutto, pavimento sporco e il bagno non era stato lavato prima del mio arrivo, quindi c'erano peli e capelli nella doccia e nel lavandino e il water e la rubinetteria erano sporchi. Ho dovuto provvedere autonomamente alla pulizia, come meglio potevo, con delle salviette igenizzanti.

Il servizio del personale Deludente, ho acquistato online tre notti per 89 euro e quando sono arrivata ne volevo acquistare altre e 2 notti già concordati telefonicamente prima col titolare mi aveva garantito che non ci fossero stati problemi e invece quando sono arrivata non mi ha fatto lo stesso prezzo ma molto di più è un più con espressione antipatica ha insinuato che non fosse vero di aver pagato tre notti 89 euro con tanto di ricevuta! Non ci ritornerò mai più esperienza pessima e poi prenoto per doppia paghi per doppia e ti fanno trovare gli asciugamani per singola!
