The apartment, quiet and welcoming, is located on the fifth floor of a residential building with elevator, a few steps from the well known Piazza San Cosimato, one of the most vibrant squares in Rome. It consists of a spacious double bedroom, a lovely second bedroom with a single bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bathroom, equipped kitchen, large living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two guests, laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Ideal for families and corporate employees. Fully air-conditioned environment, high speed Wi-Fi connection and TV available. Baby cot available upon request. Fruit and vegetable market, ice cream shops, restaurants and supermarkets a few meters away.

Damage deposit amount may vary for reservations starting from 14 nights.



Starting from the last week of July 2025, the building will undergo structural work to redo the facade, so scaffolding will be present.
