The staff was so nice-the airlines lost one of our suitcases and they were so helpful with helping us try to call the airlines for communication about our lost suitcase."

"Lovely hotel! A short walk uphill from the nearest bus stop but the views are amazing, the beds comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!"

"It's an older building but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was good to get a great start every morning. Location also withing walking distance of nearby train station and grocery stores - though a bit far from main thoroughfare at Interlaken. Had difficulty communicating with staff, who are only on site for a limited hours, due to language barrier. Otherwise all good."
