Enjoyed the fact that it is possible to bring a pizza and drink back to our room in the evening. Found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Lastly, the vaporetto Line 2 access within 3 minutes walk - is so simple that it really facilitated our ability to get out and explore Venice. (2 recommended tools include: The Chebateo? app was an essential part to assisting us in being tourists and using the waterbus/vaporetto as well as our Multiday ACTV tickets)."

"The room was very clean and neat. Great view, but room was smaller than I expected. It does have everything you need. There is an elevator wich is wonderful esp. If you have a large suitcase. Centrally located to everything. Breakfast was generous. Staff was very attentive and all of staff spoke English and spanish which was a huge plus. Very helpfull with map of town. "
