"A lovely property but the grand lobby area is a bit of a contrast to the somewhat dated room and bathroom. It is, however, very clean and reasonably spacious for a Tokyo hotel. The L'occitane products available in the room was nice but wish there's refillable bottles instead rather than the small plastic bottles since when you take 2 showers in a day, the shower gel might not be enough. Sufficient quantity for the shampoo, conditioner and lotion though. The staff were all lovely and couldn't be more helpful, the main reason for the 5 star. Location is great with a subway station connected to the hotel. Loads of convenience stores around and even though there is no washing machines in the hotel, they do provide laundry service and there is a laundromat nearby with English instructions. Breakfast is mostly great though not too keen on the Japanese veggie dishes, unlike with the other hotel we stayed in in Tokyo at the start of the trip where the traditional veggie dishes were more of our taste."

"Travelled solo and had a wonderful stay, check-in experience was also good and well managed. Room was just enough for a solo traveller, with enough space for my luggage. Breakfast options could have been better but what was available was good. The Onsen facility was perfect, clean and well maintained. Overall great stay and good value for money, would definitely return for another stay if I’m ever in Tokyo."

"I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask. The corner room was much more spacious than I imagined compared to other APA. The room was clean and shower was functionally adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were kinda hard. The chair could have used some oil as the squeal was loud every time I used it."

"Easy check-in and check-out, convenient amenities, and a quiet space even in a shared room. Everything was clearly labeled in English, Japanese, and Chinese (I can’t remember if they also had Korean)."
