"The property was excellent and staff were really lovely but the wait time for lifts as you have to change lifts at level 4 or 19 to use some amenities was killing. Last thing you want to do after a tiring day of travel. Again we were a family of 5 with three like and they gave us a small double room and a theee single bed room in totally different levels and we had to put our kids in separate room in a completely different floor and was always worried about them. Had teenage kid with the two other, but still wasn’t able relax. And again waiting for the lifts of the kids needed something. Another terrible thing was the. Wait for the laundry. Other than this the amenities were pretty and hotel was very clean and the staff were all approachable and helping "

"There was a lot of difficulty entering the dining area for breakfast. Apparently we needed a reservation even though we paid for breakfast with our room"
